We have implemented this Privacy Policy in order to inform you about how we will collect, store, use your personal information; under what circumstances we may disclose your personal information; and what your rights are regarding this data.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Sportiqe Apparel LLC collects, uses, maintains, and discloses or shares information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.sportiqe.com website. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Sportiqe Apparel LLC.

DEFINITIONS

We use various Third-Party Providers to facilitate your purchases, shipping, and customer service needs.

Data Subject: Data Subject is any living individual who is the subject of Personal Data.

User: The User is the individual using our Site, also called “the Data Subject.”

Personal Identifying Data (“PID” or “Personal Data”)

We may collect PID from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to: when Users visit our site; register on the site; place an order; subscribe to our newsletter; respond to a survey; fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. We do not support automated “Do Not Track” functions.

Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect PID  from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to personally supply this information. (See, “Your Rights”) below.

In addition, we may record your browser type, the type of computer you are using, any MAC address or other Internet protocol information, as well as review any cookies and other meta-data that may indicate others sites you have visited and technical information about Users’ means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Sportiqe Apparel LLC may collect and use Users’ Personal Information for the following purposes:

• To improve customer service: This information helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently;
• To personalize User experience: We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site;
• To improve our Site: We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services as well as the User experience on our Site;

How We Protect Your Information

We use the most commercially practicable and up-to-date technologies in data collection, storage and processing practices and maintain security measures to help protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. Sensitive and private data exchanges between the Site and its Users happens over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following Third-Party Services to facilitate commerce, communications, and customer relations, as well as technical facilities to optimize our Site’s functionality:

• Facebook Pixel: Facebook Pixel is a tracking pixel that we use to gather information about a user’s behavior while navigating through our Site. We use it to see what actions users take on the Site so that we can show advertisements to them on Facebook that are likely to be relevant to their interests. • Google Analytics and Google Ads: Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads on its own advertising network. • Klaviyo: This service is used for collecting and storing User interaction data for the purpose of analyzing trends and integrating that data into other mercantile applications. Their Privacy Policy can be found here.
• Mailchimp: MailChimp is a marketing automation platform that helps us share email and ad campaigns with interested parties. MailChimp uses web beacons, which are single pixel gifs, in our emails. When we send emails to subscribers, we may track behavior such as who opened the emails and who clicked the links. • PayPal: PayPal operates an online payment system in the majority of countries that support online money transfers and serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods like checks and money orders, and allows Users to make purchases on our Site. • ShipStation: ShipStation is an order-fulfillment service that automatically imports orders from all of our sales channels, provides customers access to return labels, manages our product returns, and selects the best carrier service for returns. YOUR RIGHTS

We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data. If you wish to be informed what Personal Data we hold about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems or amended, please contact us at customersupport@sportiqe.com.

Children’s Privacy

Our Website is not directed to anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. In addition, we will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Website.
